Please Understand the following:

  • You must be able to prove your status as : Active Duty, Retired or 100% disability at the gate (DoD Civilian for Universal Studios only). See the ‘2025 Ticket Info’ for eligibility requirements
  • The main guest must be the military member and they must be present and have a ticket in their name at the gate
  • We may not be able to reimburse your purchase for falsely identifying your military status.

Process for ticket purchase after the forms are returned to us:
Please read and fill out the form ‘ITT Authorization-Order Form’ that is up above and send it back to us. Let us know a time frame you will be available to pay over the phone. We will call you once we have all the information in the computer, and ready to accept your payment.  Once the payment is received, we will process your request.  You will be receiving an email directly from the park (Disney and/or Universal) with your documents.  Please check your Junk/Spam Mailbox.  We will also be sending you your documents in PDF form to your email.
