PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING:
- You must be able to prove your status as : Active Duty, Retired or 100% disability at the gate
- The main guest must be the military member and they must be present and have a ticket in their name at the gate
- We may not be able to reimburse your purchase for falsely identifying your military status.
*Note there are ticketing options outside of what we sell at this office, use the ‘ITT Base List’ for more ticketing options. See link provided below.
Process for ticket purchase after the forms are returned to us:
Let us know a time frame you will be available to pay over the phone. Once a payment is received, we will process your request and you will receive an email directly from the park (Disney and/or Universal) with your documents. (If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your Junk/Spam Mailbox).
